Our firm is committed to assisting Clients in the stressful times related to financial, medical, marital and family distress. We maintain a staff of two dedicated legal assistants, each with over fifteen years of experience working as legal assistants. If you choose to retain our offices, you will be provided with a paralegal who will work with you throughout your case. Each assistant is charged with making sure you can reach someone in the office while our attorneys are in Court protecting your rights and ensuring that your case proceeds in a timely and successful manner.
You will meet with the same attorneys who will actually attend your court hearings. Both attorneys have several years of experience and you can rest assured that your attorney will be prepared and familiar with your case. Some bankruptcy firms have experienced attorneys that handle client conferences while different newer attorneys actually attend all of the meetings and hearings in your case. Our firm policy is to make sure that experienced attorneys handle all aspects of your litigation.
